     YOUTH PROGRAM

Our youth program is active in many ways. Youth can participate in choir, worship, Sunday School, plays, and so much more!

During worship, there is a special message just for children, of all ages, called "Time With The Young At Heart." It is usally connected with the scripture, mission projects or events that are occuring in the world. Hopefully what they learn can be applied to their daily life so that they will become enriched young adults.

Educational time is provided after the message and these lessons correlate with what is being taught in church. Our goal for our youth is to relate Bible stories to their life and perform what God is calling them to do.

Sit Together In Church (STIC) Sunday:  On the first Sunday of each month, youth are to sit in church for the whole service and help with ushering and greeting. After the service, youth meet in the Sunday School room to discuss future activities for the coming weeks/months. Youth are encouraged to bring friends to church and to youth events!

Youth Events:  Retreats/outings, get-togethers, lock-ins, movie nights, Saline Scarecrow Contest, Saline Christmas Parade, CROP Walk, Christmas Caroling, Halloween & Christmas Parties, and so much more!

We're looking into the following programs:

*If you'd like to be a part of these programs, please let Reverends Pam & Keith know you're interested! Thank you for your time and support of the youth*

*Cooking Class to teach future college students/adults to cook simple, inexpensive (and delicious!) meals. We are hoping to do this once or twice a month. If you'd like to submit a recipe or teach the youth in person how to cook your meal idea, please let the Pastors know.
